Studio 16 Service Descriptions

STUDIO 16 is truly your one stop, health shop!  All of our services are provided with focus on the individual.  Our services are guided by the intention simple of ensuring you feel better upon leaving compared to when you arrived.  Whether you attend a private training or yoga session, small group class, massage, or physical therapy,  we aim for you to improve every time you walk through our doors.

FITNESS BASED: Work 1-on-1 with an instructor who has specialized experience + education in physical fitness and movement. Great for those interested in gaining greater strength, cardiovascular health, and functional stability.

PILATES BASED: Work 1-on-1 with a Physical Therapist who also has specialized experience + education in pilates. Great for those interested in gaining lean muscles, flexibility, core stability & improved posture.

YOGA BASED: Work 1-on-1 with an instructor who has specialized experience + education in asanas[physical poses + movement], breath-work and meditation. Great for those interested in gaining strength with low impact activity, flexibility, balance, stability, and a greater mind/body connection.

Our private training is the epitome of personalized exercise prescription, instruction and implementation. Every program is fully tailored to the individual and their needs, wants, and ability levels. All private training begins with a consultation that includes an assessment which provides the foundations for you. In whatever manner you want to work, and with whatever goal you want to accomplish, our team will build a program just for you!

STUDIO 16’s group classes are all designed to maintain a community feel and personal focus. We maintain our attention to detail and effectiveness with these classes by limiting them to 20 participants per class! This atmosphere makes for truly fun and effective way to find your balance and meet your wellness goals!

Our massage therapist, Jess, specializes in a variety of techniques to help you restore, rejuvenate, and find greater ease in your body.

Jess believes we, as humans, are inherently all different and in her practice, she makes sure that she targets YOUR specific needs and concerns. Through your individual sessions, Jess’ process is to not only make sure we accomplish your needs during the massage but that we will also create a plan for your future well-being.
Throughout Jess’ schooling, she was fortunate enough to receive education from multiple massage therapists who specialize in specific modalities. Because of this she is able to practice many modalities of massage which include, but are not limited to the following: Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Sports, Hot Stone, Pregnancy, Infant and several others.

At STUDIO 16 we are dedicated to helping you Find Your Balance. Our highly skilled and specialized physical therapists will work with you one-on-one to help you prevent or overcome any obstacles that you may encounter on your wellness journey. Whether it is a comprehensive evaluation of a chronic injury, a brief movement screen or treatment to get you back in the game; Diane and Jill will tailor their treatment to fit your needs.

With more than 45 years of combined experience Diane Klos and Jill O’Brien are available to you at Studio 16. They work very closely with our other fitness and wellness providers to bridge the gap between health and fitness which will allow you to reach your physical and mental goals seamlessly.

For all S16 members, they offer a free wellness screen to help you prevent or identify any imbalances that you may have.

Since I began coming to Studio 16 about a year ago, I have become a stronger and happier person.
