With our studio/class manager you can sign up for a fitness class online.  Visit our Studio 16 fitness registration center, create your personal account, and sign up for available classes. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to contact us.  We have also included our class descriptions and quick links to our scheduler below.


Complete Cardio: Time to make the ticker in your chest flutter. Blast your cardio fitness level through the roof with any assortment of moves the instructor wants to throw at you! You will challenge your aerobic and anaerobic threshold each and every time.

Functional Fitness: Each class will be a hybrid workout featuring movements using kettlebells, combat ropes, TRX, and RIP Trainers, along with flexibility and range of motion training.  Each workout is different but will always make for a completely functional, unique, fun, and effective training experience!

Mobility + High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT): Begin class with 10-15 minutes of dynamic mobility work, which addresses common areas of dysfunction. Upon completion, the class will consist of a series of full body, high intensity intervals to peak your cardiovascular demand.

TRX Suspension Training:  The TRX Suspension Trainer is the ultimate functional fitness training tool.  This course promotes proper body alignment and posture while helping you burn calories and fat, using  your body weight and gravity as resistance.  Through using the TRX, you will learn what it is to move properly again.

Week[end] Warrior: Come and sweat out your day with this hybrid class. You’ll get a dose of cardio, resistance training and a igniting series of core exercises that will leave you feeling invigorated.

Yoga + Pilates

Alignment Flow: Explore accessible poses through fluid movement. This class is done at a moderate pace in order to emphasize proper alignment and the mind/body connection. Ideal for those interested in gaining strength with low impact movement, balance, flexibility in a relaxing environment.

Flex and Flow: A perfect hybrid of resistance training and yoga, you will gain strength, mobility and enhanced flexibility. Get ready to sweat, stretch and challenge your whole body and mind!

Core Pilates: Discover your core strength and use it to establish stability in your movement.

Pilates Barre: Designed to effectively strengthen, tone and balance the entire body, this class integrates the ballet barre, light weights and various props to create long, lean muscles.

Slow and Steady: Focus on building a strong foundation with our bodies alignment, coordination in and between poses, breathing throughout for a more therapeutic baseline for your practice. Great for people who want a more basic yoga class.

TGIF Yoga: Melt away the stress of the work week with this all-levels yoga class. Leave feeling rejuvenated and re-energized for your weekend!

Vinyasa: This dynamic class emphasizes linking breath to movement and exploring progressive posture variations.  Ideal if you’re seeking a challenging mind/body experience that builds strength, balance, and core stability.

Win[e] Down Yoga: An all-levels yoga flow for $5. With the extended happy hour happening at Cafe D’Vine, grab your favorite glass of wine [or tea] to enjoy before, during, or after class. 😉

Yoga Foundations: Whether you are brand new or just trying to enhance your understanding of the basics- the best way to do anything is to establish a good foundation! Take the time to build your knowledge of the movement, alignment, poses, and breath-work behind a safe and solid yoga practice.
